Jimmy King nips Nate Brown For 2nd Place in 1B

Hello The

Jimmy King nips Nate Brown For 2nd Place in 1B

Three laps of deck to deck racing vying for 2nd place and more importantly 300 points towards the fina Go3 Grand View on the Lake driver Jimmy King
drove a magnificent race. Starting in lane 3 King used all 3000+ horsepower out of the V-12 Allison to come around on the outside and clip the U-17
at the line. Kings average speed was 147.514 That was a pretty good race, it was fun and exciting but our boat should be a lot faster than that.
That is what we do this for is to see the boat run and run well. We know how much the fans appreciate this boat and that is what we do it for" said
owner and crew chief Ed Cooper Jr.

The Button Man

Hello The

If you've ever been to the Madison Regatta, and walked up and down Vaughn Drive, you may have noticed a huge crowd of fans gathered. If you didn't
stop to look, you probably thought it was a driver of one of the Unlimited hydroplanes signing autographs. You would be wrong. "The Button Man" has
graced the streets along the riverfront passing out his hydroplane buttons.
